99x09 Terms & Conditions

2.1 Agreement to Be Bound

By accessing the 99x09 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions form a binding contract between you and 99x09.

2.2 Amendments and Updates

99x09 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify active players via in-platform notification or email. Your continued use of the 99x09 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

2.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or summarised version, the English text shall prevail.

2.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the document, which shall continue in full force and effect.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99x09 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all denominated in Bangladesh Taka (৳):

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Payment methods available to an individual player may vary depending on the player's location within Bangladesh, the player's verified account status, and current payment partner availability. 99x09 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 99x09 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though individual payment provider limits may apply. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 99x09 account balance instantly upon transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 99x09 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, the deposit will be returned and the account may be reviewed.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.

99x09 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC has been previously completed. During periods of high withdrawal volume — such as during and immediately after BPL match days — processing times may be extended. 99x09 will communicate any such delays via in-platform notification.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on 99x09 are conducted exclusively in Bangladesh Taka (৳). 99x09 does not perform currency conversion. If you attempt to deposit from a payment source denominated in a currency other than BDT, your payment provider may apply a conversion, and the amount credited to your 99x09 account will reflect the converted BDT amount received.

4.5 Transaction Limits and Restrictions

99x09 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits to individual accounts as part of our responsible gaming framework or as a result of fraud prevention procedures. Players may also set their own deposit limits from the account dashboard. Where 99x09 applies a system-imposed limit, the affected player will be notified.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 99x09 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits issued by 99x09 are not directly withdrawable. Before any winnings derived from bonus credits may be withdrawn as real money, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount twenty times). The specific multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry date are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus credits and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus credits that have not been wagered by the expiry date will be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonus credits cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

99x09 reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are intended for recreational players making genuine deposits. Players identified as engaging in low-risk bonus arbitrage strategies — including placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes with the sole intention of converting bonus credits to real money with minimal risk — may have their bonus eligibility restricted or their accounts reviewed.

6.5 Seasonal and Special Promotions

99x09 may offer special promotions tied to culturally significant events in Bangladesh, including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as major cricket events such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. These promotions are subject to availability and may have limited timeframes. Seasonal promotion terms are published on the 99x09 platform when active.

8.1 Suspension by 99x09

99x09 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (this list is not exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Multiple account ownership.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against 99x09.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 99x09 account at any time by contacting our support team via in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus credits are forfeited upon account closure. Please note that if your closure request is related to responsible gaming concerns, our team will guide you through the self-exclusion process as an alternative to full closure.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 99x09 will send a notification to the registered email address prior to applying any inactive account administration fee. After notification, if no response or login is received within 30 days, an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account — whether initiated by 99x09 or the player — these Terms & Conditions cease to apply except for provisions that by their nature survive termination, including but not limited to clauses relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution. 99x09 may retain records of account activity as required for legal and regulatory compliance purposes.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99x09 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 99x09 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or any financial loss arising from reliance on information published on the 99x09 platform. 99x09 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

8.6 Intellectual Property

All content on the 99x09 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and game integrations — is the property of 99x09 or its licensed content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 99x09 platform without prior written consent.
